Fully rebuilt with new bearings and seals with .5mm overbore using Honda replacement pistons. Decked block and head. Port work and polish
on the chambers and exhaust ports. 450cc fuel injectors. Turbo kit custom built by me. I created the manifold and downpipe from scratch! Junkyard intercooler from a Turbocoupe, blow off
valve and piping from a Saab, Garrett T3 turbo from a Saab, 7-8 psi boost pressure. Entire air conditioning system removed because it didn't work anyway, and was heavy. Removed all sound
deadening and padding under the carpet. Removed headliner, rear seat and side panels, removed trunk liner and side panels. ACT extreme pressure plate with oem Honda clutch disc makes for smooth
engagement and will hold lots of torque. Flywheel has had 5 pounds of material machined off the back of it. Estimated 200-210 bhp, 180-200lb/ft torque. Never ran the car at the strip, but
on the street, you need a turbo or a modded v8 to hang with me. Or both :) There are pleanty of cars that are faster than this one out there. But, there are also plenty that aren't!

NOTES::
|
Planning to add: Fuel pressure gauge, Eagle Rods and JE pistons (or Weisco since they're the same company now) larger compressor wheel and
housing for the turbo, 10-15psi minimum boost pressure, custom hacked and modded oem ecu. Also will definitely add a Walbro fuel pump. 10psi on a daily basis is within my reach now, but my
stock pump doesn't cut it in the higher rpm range at that boost pressure. If i get to it, id like to fix the leaky rear window and put the interior back in so my wife will ride with me more
often. With the extra boost im sure i could even afford the extra few pounds a radio would cost me :) Don't be afraid to turbocharge your car! Ive seen it done start to finish for less
than $650.00!!! The power gain is incredible!!!!!
