05/01/04 Second dragstrip test - 1995 Accord EX JDM H22A (4cyl) 4dr 5sp Manual & 1st test Quaife LSD transmission.

 Woodburn, OR Dragstrip 1:20PM. Temp. F.=75, Relative Humidity=0, Absolute Barometer=30.85
 I ran five times and still was not able to beat my to date best time of 14.871 which was on 3/20/04. I was still spinning tires but at least with the Quaife LSD I was spinning both tires instead of just one!
 I think race slicks may be in my near future to keep me from spinning as much.

RESULTS: (I was hitting around 15.5 until one run where I red lighted by -.018 because I didn’t spin near as much. DOH!!!.
Car # 4228: R/T = -0.18, 60’ = 2.340, 330 = 6.394, 1/8 = 9.748 @ 73.81MPH, 1000' = 12.599, 1/4 = 15.051 @ 91.53MPH

DETAILS:
Other than the new Quaife LSD, everything on the car was the same as the 03/20/04 test run w/ aboiut 1/4th tank of 92 pump gas.

Here I am lined up against one of the Nissan Maxima’s I was racing that day. This fairly stock V6 Maxima was running just about the same times slips as me and my H22A 4 cylinder Accord :-) There was a Maxima there that usually runs a supercharger but the oil seals blew so he had to run stock. If he had his SC install I would have been the one to get spanking ;o)
