Here are the installing instructions for a 1995 Honda Accord EX sedan
This isn’t a difficult installation but I would allow about 2 to 3 hours if you haven’t done this before.
Tools you will need are a long phillips screw driver, a socket wrench, extension, 10mm, 12mm & 14 mm sockets, an possibly an exacto knife or razor blade and some electrician tape.
You’ll also need a conversion harness 9006/9005 to H4/H1 conversion harness ($45.00 shipped)

Ok let’s get started. Using your hand and slightly bend back the fender plastic splash skirting and there will be a phillips bolt.

Remove it and then remove any splash guard screws and bolts which attach under the bumper. You may only have to remove the front screws under the bumper that attach the front part of the splash guards. Take a look underneath at the plastic splash guards and you will see which bolts to un do and which to leave.
