Above is my 1990 Honda Accord EX 4dr after the Eibach pro-kit 1.25” drop springs & KYB GR2 shocks were installed. There is a slight change and was just the amount of drop I wanted to fill in the wheel well gap but still have enough tire and ground clearance to avoid scraping things.

The ride with the new springs and shocks really made a big improvement as the car handles much better in the turns and rides just right (not too stiff and not too soft) and I got rid of those annoying squeaks I was getting from my old and tired stock shocks and springs. Overall I really like the Eibach Springs and KYB shocks!

If you want to do this install yourself then follow the steps in the Helm’s Service manual and use the tips I gave at the start. However, you might want to shop around and find a good local springs and shock shop who will install customer’s parts. It sure saved me a lot of time and for $148.40 was well worth the labor!
