The following was installed on a 1995 Honda Accord

5. Remove the driver’s side coin tray and remove the phillips screw to remove the Knee Bolster cover.
6. Pull off the Knee Bolster cover by simply pulling on it as it just holds in with spring clips..
Below: Here’s what the back of the cover looks like.
6a. Remove the four 10 mm bolts from the metal knee bolster and slide it out. There is a tab on the upper right of it that needs to slide to the left and the swing it out.
